For larger groups, the downstairs lounge includes two comfortable sleeper couches, accommodating up to 4 extra guests.
With room for up to 12 guests and a communal kitchen and dining area, the Manor House is ideal for intimate group gatherings, special celebrations, or a peaceful countryside getaway. Its antique furnishings and serene surroundings provide a unique stay, inviting you to relax and enjoy the natural beauty and history of Swartvlei Guest Farm.
The bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the living areas, lounge and kitchen are situated on the lower floor. Please note that access to the bedrooms is via a steep staircase.

Booking Terms
Please note that all reservations must be made through the Airbnb platform as we are unable to accept direct bookings.
Firm Cancellation Policy:
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge for all nights.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a 100% charge for all nights.
