SEATTLE SLEW COTTAGE: Twin/king, en-suite bath and shower, fan, aircon, flatscreen tv, Netflix, WIFI kitchenette, BBQ/braai. Access to communal farm kitchen. Facing boma and tennis court. Close to stables.

All cottages have a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, braai bak, chopping board, drip tray, cuttlery, crockery and glassware.

Amenities included: Handwash, bodywash, conditioning shampoo, towels and bedding, toilet paper, Coffee|tea, sugar for first night only.

Not included: Wood, blitz, matches, water, mosquito refill plug. Extra mattresses, infant cot

WHITE TOWELS MAY NOT BE USED AS SWIMMING TOWELS, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SWIMMING TOWELS. A CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY DAMAGES OR STAINS ON TOWELS OR LINEN CAUSED BY GUESTS.

Cancelation Policy - Terms and Conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price upon making their booking.
Full payment is required up to 14 days before they stay with us.
We do not provisionally book without receiving your 50% deposit.
No refunds will be made for bookings made over peak periods i.e long weekends and holidays.
In the event of late or incomplete payment you are in default.
We will not be held liable for any consequences.
