CLUBHOUSE AND COMMUNAL FARM KITCHEN The Secretariat room (clubhouse) which is located at the building as you enter reception to your right is equipped with full DSTV, a snooker table, foosball table and dart board. There is a lovely indoor braai with a built-in pizza oven for all inhouse guests. The room is equipped with a gas fireplace, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. The communal farmhouse kitchen is the building located at the tennis court with a view of the swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, wash bay, fridge, and freezer. We are self-catering so guests wash up and clean up after themselves. The communal areas such as swimming pool, clubhouse, kitchen should be left the way they were found for other guests to enjoy. A daily service fee of R500 will be added to your bill if you fail to adhere to our house rules. Respect our equipment and keep all food in containers in fridges. We have ants, monkeys, and baboon friends. Do not feed the wild animals nor litter! Bring meat, pizza bases, toppings, ice and beverages. Stock up on supplies as there are no shops closeby.

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR AN INTIMATE WEDDING VENUE IN THE GARDEN ROUTE?
Swartvlei Guest Farm can host up to 60 guests and accommodate up to 22 guests. The venue has a reception hall / chapel, kitchen, swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouse, dam, pine forest and access to the Swartvlei lake. Lawn weddings are our favourite, using the reception hall as the chapel. We hire out wedding décor and offer wedding stationary design as well as wedding photography to our brides. Swartvlei Guest Farm features a well-appointed meeting and conference room on the Garden Route. The venue is perfect for company events like conferences, meetings, team building, birthdays, bachelor & bachelorette parties.
